Gloria Garcia Palacios

Gloria is a pharmacist by training, with a post-graduate degree in “International Development and Registration of Medicinal Products”. Gloria has conducted most of her career as a regulatory affairs professional in the pharmaceutical industry, where she has held different regional and global positions across a broad range of therapeutic areas. In this role, Gloria has been responsible for successfully filing and securing approvals for multiple medicinal products and territories. She is currently working in sanofi as the Head of a team of Regulatory Experts in the EU Region. In addition, she is a subject matter expert for paediatric regulation, co-chair of the sanofi pediatric network and, more importantly, a strong believer on the need to develop medicines for use in children and to facilitate this important activity with all stakeholders working together.
