Gordon is the Head of Integrated Program Management at UCB Biopharma, based in Brussels, where he leads the Program Management function across the company’s global product portfolio. He is responsible for advancing enterprise-wide project management capabilities, enabling strategic execution and portfolio delivery to bring innovative therapies to patients.
He brings over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a career spanning Regulatory Affairs, Development, and Business Operations at GSK, Takeda, and UCB. Gordon holds degrees from Keele University, Royal Holloway (University of London), and the Open University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
