Nicolas Micheaud is a chemist and pharmaceutical entrepreneur with over 20 years of international experience in drug development and formulation. He is the founder and President of Paediatis Pharma SAS, a B2B pharmaceutical laboratory based in La Rochelle, France, specialising in innovative paediatric formulations.
At the heart of Paediatis’s innovation is Drinkaps®, a patented biodegradable single-dose capsule based on Softgel technology, designed to address critical unmet needs in paediatric drug delivery — including palatability, dosing precision, and age-appropriateness. The platform is built for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical partners seeking to develop or adapt products for children.
As a father of five children, Nicolas brings both a professional and deeply personal commitment to the mission of making medicines safer, more accessible, and better adapted for children. He works in close partnership with the Université de La Rochelle, the Université de Poitiers, and institutional bodies including BPI France and Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
