Paola Atzei is a Senior Scientific Program Manager at Rising Tide Foundation for Clinical Cancer Research and a passionate patient advocate with a background in biomedical research, healthcare innovation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. As the parent of a child with low-grade glioma, she brings a unique dual perspective, combining professional expertise with lived experience to advance patient-centered research and improve access to innovative treatments for children with cancer. She works closely with academic researchers and patient stakeholders to ensure that patient perspectives are integrated throughout the development, evaluation, and access pathways of new therapies.
